Cottonwood Capital is a real estate investment and asset management company. We specialize in underwriting, structuring, and managing institutional-multifamily investments. Cottonwood seeks to acquire properties where populations are growing and in infill locations where competing product cannot be easily developed. Class A properties must have a long term competitive advantage relative to comparables. We also acquire Class B assets with low turnover and potential for effective repositioning.
Cottonwood Capital manages properties which we have acquired and other properties where investors have asked us to oversee the asset and property management. Management is a core aspect of our business and we pride ourselves on driving value for investors by following core principles and time-proven practices.
